Bod Brief: Apeiron showcases students hard work
This logo represents the visual identiy of Apeiron. Apeiron was started as a proto-academic conference for undergraduate and graduate students to present research.
Apeiron is this Friday, April 22. It will be held at three locations across campus.
An original play and classical music begins at 10 a.m. in the Carole Chapel.
At 1 p.m., students from a wide range of disciplines will present research on their topic.
The Last Lecture will begin at 3 p.m. in Washburn B in the Memorial Union. Presenting this year is professor emeritus of English and Kansas historian, Thomas Averill, who will talk about “Writing Lessons from Mt. Hope Cemetery.” Averill’s lecture is scheduled for 45 minutes.
Following the Last Lecture are poster presentations and a dinner reception from 3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Washburn A.
