Washburn Review Staff

As a part of their “Be Ready” program, the Washburn School of Business will be hosting its second annual Washburn Elevator Pitch Competition. The competition gives undergraduate, graduate and WIT students alike an opportunity to win $25,000 in cash to start up their own business. Participants must give a three minute presentation to a panel of judges comprised of local business owners.  There will be two rounds, a knockout round and a final round. Participants are welcome to come watch the knockout round on Oct. 15 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Memorial Union.
