JoAnna Marks, diversity, equity and inclusion director, gives their report. Marks passed around a sign up sheet for members to volunteer to help set up for an upcoming women’s brunch.

Quinn Leffingwell, WSGA vice president and Hanes, present updates on their administration. They shared that they have been working with executive staff members to finalize the minimum wage increase for student workers on campus.

Daniel Buller, budget director, answers a question regarding funding requests. During the administration update, it was shared that the budget reimbursement system is currently being reworked.

Bella Wood, campus and community affairs director, asks Cameron Meseke, legislative research director, a question regarding the constitution and by-laws overhaul. The overhaul mostly consisted of word changes and the addition of various terms.

Eric Grospitch, vice president of student life, explains the difference between campus staff and faculty. To be eligible for the Dean Meredith Kidd award, the nominee has to be considered staff, not faculty.

WSGA votes for the Dean Meredith Kidd award nominee, the staff of the year award. The winner of the award will be announced at the end of the academic year banquet.

Taylor Romanchek, WSGA senator, talks about fraternity and sorority life week. Romanchek along with George Burdick, WSGA speaker, planned FSL week which will be held March 27-31.
