Washburn University director of forensics receives ‘Coach of the Year’ award
TOPEKA – Kevin O’Leary, Washburn director of forensics and lecturer in the communication department, was honored as “Coach of the Year,” an award bestowed by the University of Wyoming’s Speech and Debate Union. The recipient of this award is an individual that consistently displays abilities in teaching debate and academic success. O’Leary received his award at the “Top of the Rockies” invitational at the University of Wyoming, Laramie.
