The student health services office will be providing H1N1 vaccinations to all Washburn students Dec. 7 – 11. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 4:30 p.m. (The office is closed from 1 to 2 p.m.)  Students should bring their Washburn ID and a COMPLETED consent form which can be found at www.washburn.edu/main/studentlife/student-health/index.html.
