Hey there! My name’s Eden and I am a sophomore pursuing a degree in physics. I plan to minor in mass media and use the knowledge learned in Student Media to help design a magazine for a scientific publication. I love science, but I have recently discovered a love for journalism and spreading awareness for things that are important to me through both writing and design.

A few good lines drawn onto the bark with a pizza cutter can make the breaking process much easier. When there isn’t a good starting point for breaking the bark, it could shatter, causing a difficult clean up.

The chocolate almond bark has a smooth consistency when adding the peppermint extract. At this stage, it is important to keep the chocolate well stirred.
