Brief: English professor to hold discussion about diversity

Natalie Engler WASHBURN UNIVERSITY

Washburn University’s Diversity Initiative teams up with English professor, Dennis Etzel to host a DiversiTEA event at 3 p.m., Dec. 8, in Henderson 100.

DiversiTEA is a strong presence on campus, that is a leading force behind Washburn’s discussions on race, sexuality and gender. DiversiTEA’s mission is to provide an open, accepting space for any and all students who may feel unwelcomed or threatened at this time.

Students and faculty are invited to join in an open and safe conversation about diversity and inclusiveness.
