Mrs Deshpande is an Indian Hindi-language web series. This is the thriller webseries starring Madhuri Dixit as a serial killer who helps to catch the copycat killer. Executive producers of this series are; Elahe Hiptoola, Sameer Nair and Deepak Segal. According to IMDb this series has a rating of 6.2/10.   

This is a twisted suspense web series that revolves around the life of Mrs Seema Deshpande (Madhuri Dixit) who was a serial killer and was in the prison for 25 years at Hyderabad jail. Deshpande named herself Zeenat so that no one could find her. Since a new serial killer entered into a city and her killing style was the same as Zeenat’s. So, police seek help from her to catch the copy cat killer.  

Director Nagesh Kukunoor has built a good level of suspense in the series, which unfolds slowly with all the connected information following the episode. All episodes have some information that makes the audience engaged in the story without being bored.

The amazing and versatile acting of Dixit is loved by everyone, showing her as a strong actress. One of the shocking twists that gets attention from the audience is when they reveal that one of the police officers Tejas Phadke, played by Siddharth Chandekar is her (Zeenat) son and she chose him as a main police undercover officer to find the copycat killer.

According to the times of india, in all of these six episode series Mrs Deshpande feels connected and was able to maintain the suspense till end. At the end of this series Mrs Deshpande ran from the police officer (Tejas) while taking her to the Hyderabad jail again after a copy cat killer was caught which ended up with mixed opinions.
