Chloe Chaffin, senior political science major and secretary of URGE, talks to other students as they choose coloring sheets before the meeting. The coloring sheets were used as a fun activity for attendees to do while they got to know each other and waited for the meeting to start.

Hannah Whaley, sophomore social work major and vice president of URGE, addresses the room to start the meeting. Whaley began by introducing URGE and its goals and values, which are to connect and educate about sex- and abortion-positivity as well as gender identity, social justice and much more.

The executive members of URGE introduce themselves at the start of the meeting. The executive members present included Hunter Squires, junior political science major and financial coordinator of URGE, Chaffin, Whaley and Jaiden Roff, junior addiction counseling major and president of URGE.

Students gather into groups during a game of would you rather. The game gave students pairs of options like if they would rather be able to talk to animals or read people’s thoughts and if they’d rather end world hunger or stop all crime in the United States.

Roff and Whaley introduce a drawing activity to the rest of the students. The game involved drawing pictures and guessing what prompts other people were drawing from, resulting in a lot of laughs.
