Bod Brief: Wiffleball Home Run Derby at Yager Stadium

Home run derby: Yager Stadium is the host of intramurals Wiffleball Home Run Derby.
Washburn University is organizing a sporting contest that they call the Wiffleball Home Run Derby.
Participants will enter from the southeast corner of Yager Stadium and have a minute to hit as many home runs as they can, with the wiffle balls thrown by Intramural Staff.
“No skills are needed to come out and have some fun, as it should be a beautiful evening,” said Dan Wrenholt, Assistant Director of Intramural and Club Sports.
The contest opens at 5 p.m. on Aug. 29 in Yager Stadium.
