Bod Brief: Capitol building open for visitors again

Open at last: It’s doors closed due to the pandemic, the Capitol building is now open again. Take some time to visit this historic location in Topeka.

As of June 1, the Kansas State Capitol building will be open for visitors again.

The building was closed to the general public throughout the pandemic but is now open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday.

Self-guided tours will be available for ground level through to the fifth floor. Historic tours and dome tours will not be offered at this time.
