Phi Alpha Theta and WUmester have partnered to do an online screening of “Things to Come” which was made in 1936 and is based on a novel by H.G. Wells.
It covers a war that leads to destruction, plagues and anarchy. Then comes a Utopian society which we all know never works out in the end.
It will be on March 17th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. You can R.S.V.P. at “Things to Come:” A Historical Movie Night in Partnership with WUmester – Bods Connect (campuslabs.com).
Film Studies Professor Matt Nyquist and history professor Tom Prasch will provide commentary during the movie.
