Washburn’s beloved baseball coach Steve Anson will be remembered and honored at 1:40 p.m. at Falley Field, preceding the Ichabods’ doubleheader against Emporia State.

Free Ichabods baseball hats will be handed out to those who attend while supplies last.

Anson, who served as Washburn’s head baseball coach for more than 30 years, passed away June 22 in an accident at his residence.
