Last Call on the Dale Jamieson Lecture: Climate change event on Monday April 6th

Students,

Dale Jamieson, Professor of Environmental Studies and Philosophy; Affiliated Professor of Law; and Director of the Animal Studies Initiative at New York University will lecture and discuss the impact of global climate change – 7:30 Monday night, April 6th in the Bradbury Thompson Center’s Ruth Garvey Fink Convocation Hall.  This is an event not to be missed.  The subject will profoundly affect your life, your childrens’ lives, and the lives of generations to come.  While the specifics of this future are not easily or accurately predictable on a day-to-day or event-by-event basis, the gross outlines are known and the consensus is approaching certainty.  The world’s climate is changing, The change will be dramatic.  And the change will be the biggest thing with which you will deal for the rest of your life.  Gain a perspective on what’s coming and begin thinking about how you will cope.
