Important Academic Deadline

Friday, April 3, is the last day for students to withdraw from courses on the web. If there is a hold on your account, the system will not allow you to withdraw. If there is a hold on your account or you are having problems withdrawing, please contact the Student Service Center 785-670-1074, or e-mail [email protected] from your MyWashburn account regarding withdrawing from the course.
Also, April 3 is the last day for students to change a full semester graded course to A/Pass/Fail or an A/Pass/Fail course to grade. The option to change grade status is not available on the web. Students who want to change a course grade option must complete a Schedule Change Form in the Student Service Center (MO152) by 5:00 pm on Friday, April 3, or e-mail [email protected] from your MyWashburn account.
The qualifications to change a grade status to A/Pass/Fail are as follows:
* Only 1 A/Pass/Fail course per semester
* Student must have completed at least 24 credit hours
* Grade point average must be at least 2.0
* Class must not be in your major (including minor and correlate courses)
