Dear Washburn University Students.

Hope your summer is going well. The Financial Aid Office has received a notification of a private scholarship made available exclusively to Washburn University students. It is called The Valentine Braun Irrevocable Education Trust Scholarship. A limited number of scholarships for the 2015 – 2016 academic year are available. The Valentine Braun Irrevocable Education Trust Scholarship is for tuition only.

Originally, this scholarship was established for a specific group of individuals within the Topeka area but The Valentine Braun Irrevocable Education Trust has made some funds available to Washburn University students. In the past, several Washburn University students have received this scholarship. The application deadline is June 15, 2015, and can be found on the Private Scholarship page of the Financial Aid Blog by clicking here. Application should be submitted to the following address:
