Brief: Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival to showcase aspects of Chinese culture

On Friday, September 25 at the Expocentre Heritage Hall, the Topeka Chinese-American Association will host a Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner Party. The event promises to give participants a small taste of Chinese culture by providing Chinese food, free mooncakes, a traditional Chinese Qipao-Dress Exhibition and a fashion show. There will also be a raffle and silent auction. The event will be from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and there is a $20 entrance fee.
