This year’s Lincoln/Harman lecture will discuss the Civil War and what members of that generation thought of it. Caroline E. Janney, professor of history at Purdue University, will give a lecture titled “What They Thought It All Meant: The Civil War Generation Remembers” at 7 p.m. Feb. 3 at  in Washburn A/B Room.
