Downward Dog Leg Extensions 

Model: Olivia Hamilton, freshman forensic anthropology major

  1. Begin by assuming Downward Dog yoga position, balancing on the balls of your fee with palms flat on the ground.
  2. Extend right leg out straight, then curl it back tightly back in towards your chest, bending the knee.
  3. Each extension and curl is one rep. Complete 15 reps on each leg, one leg at a time.
