Downward Dog Leg Extensions
Model: Olivia Hamilton, freshman forensic anthropology major
- Begin by assuming Downward Dog yoga position, balancing on the balls of your fee with palms flat on the ground.
- Extend right leg out straight, then curl it back tightly back in towards your chest, bending the knee.
- Each extension and curl is one rep. Complete 15 reps on each leg, one leg at a time.
