Washburn Ichabod head softball coach, Brenda Holaday, announced that two junior college transfers will join the team this season. The 2017-18 Ichabods finished with a 23-3 conference record season, also winning the MIAA regular season championship for the first time since 2002. This season also marked their first NCAA national tournament appearance since 2008.
