How’s it hanging?: A black bean dyed t-shirt created by Michaela Conley. It is very similar to modern tie dye, but has a more natural twist.
-
Exhibit: Simplifying life is the main theme of this gallery. Japanese design and natural elements was incorporated in each furniture set.
-
Comfy: The purpose of this canopy is to provide a good sleep. Each furniture set was created with the help of Conley’s husband.
-
Just find a book: Once you sit at this nook table, only reading will come to mind. The ceramic pieces were handmade by Conley herself.
-
One for everyone: Viewers are welcome to take a piece of natural dyed cloth. The gallery is meant to inspire viewers to think differently about their own furniture.
-
Sit and study: This is the perfect place to relax and read a good book. Each pillow was hand dyed with natural elements including onion skins, avocado pits, juniper, and coleus.
-
Colorful palette: The color theme is inspired by the natural dying process of each furniture set. Conley believes that art can be interactive and natural rather than just ornamental.
