VIDEO: Experiences Abroad

This past summer, several Washburn University students and Washburn faculty participated in the Gerard Manly Hopkins Summer School and encountered Irish culture and history.  Some students even went to England and Spain.

On September 14, 2010 Washburn University’s Phi Alpha Theta history honor society sponsored an event where students could talk about their experiences encountering the different cultures.

Emily Scott says it was a great experience and every student should look at studying abroad no matter how much the cost is.
