The Washburn University Business Office now offers two different payment plans for students enrolled in the Spring 2015 term. In addition to our standard 4-payment plan, we now offer a 3-payment plan designed for students whose financial aid or scholarships may not be applied to their account balances by the January 30, 2015 payment deadline. Each plan has a $30 enrollment fee (the fee becomes part of the balance due under the plan; it is not due up-front).

The 4-payment plan offers four monthly installments beginning February 2, 2015. The 3-payment plan offers three equal installments beginning March 19, 2015. Note that the first two installments of the 3-payment plan are just two weeks apart. Students enrolling in this plan must pay careful attention to their financial aid disbursements and their ability to make payments on the installment dates.

Both plans recalculate the amount of the required payments whenever the student account balance changes because of drops/adds, payments, etc. Students can monitor their account activity 24/7 by going to MyWashburn, Financial Services tab, and clicking on WU-View.
