Add your events to the university calendar today!

Thank you to all of you who have taken the time to enter your important events on the Washburn events calendar. Those of you who haven’t yet, please take a few minutes to enter the events and happenings your department or student organizations are planning with this form: http://washburn.edu/news/university-relations/calendar-submit.html. Washburn-sponsored events happening on campus or off and community events hosted on campus are welcome and encouraged.

There are three great things that happen when you submit your event:

1.     Your event will be public knowledge. This means people interested in your event can be there – and share the event directly to their personal calendar. It also means others planning things on campus will know if they are conflicting with something. (We have events on the calendar now as far out as 2018.)

2.     Items on the calendar are included in University Relations promotions channels including the weekly Bod Talk email and a variety of social media platforms.

3.     The more people who use the calendar, the more useful the calendar will become!

When you submit the form, the event will not appear immediately. Action must be taken by a human in the Office of University Relations before it appears. Items usually are added within 24 hours.
