Make your voice heard
Washburn Student Media wants to make sure that your voice is heard across campus. It is important to us that students have every opportunity to voice their opinions and share work that they are proud of.
As the current editor-in-chief, I want to make sure that students feel like they have a voice that matters and that there are people who want to listen.
Sharing your work or your opinion can be intimidating but it can also be a great way to express yourself.
Letters to the editor, opinion pieces, short stories, videos, podcasts, photography, poetry, artwork, essays, research, graphic designs and countless other mediums can be submitted and published on our website.
If you have any interest at all, I urge you to submit something. Creativity is always welcome and we can’t wait to publish your voice.
To submit something to be published, fill out and submit a form. This form can be found under the “student voices” tab on the front page of our website.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Washburn University. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
