Beautiful day for beer: Celebrating the new changes with beer laws in Kansas, the historic horse-drawn carriage from Anheuser-Busch was brought to Topeka where it completed a short parade around downtown. Locals gathered around the Kansas State Capitol building to witness the parade and hear the speech.
