TOPEKA- The Washburn University Jazz Ensembles I and II will perform selections popular throughout the Jazz Era at a concert 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at White Concert Hall, Garvey Fine Arts Center. No admission is charged and the public is welcome.

Guest performer will be Martin Saunders, formerly lead trumpet player and featured soloist with the Noteables Jazz Ensemble of the USAF Heartland of America Band. He is currently a professor at Marshall University, Huntington, W.Va. Director is Craig Treinen.
