Volunteers from United Way of Greater Topeka hit the streets of downtown Topeka during Top City Thursday to collect donations for United Ways of Kansas Tornado Relief Fund.  Donations collected will be split 50/50 between Reading, Kan. and Joplin, Mo.  Blair Paxson, a senior at Washburn University solely coordinated the event. Paxson’s mission is to encourage people to give and help neighbors and to make an impact.
