Having Fun: Even during the game Freshmen Guard Katie Glatczak remembers to have a little fun. Katie Glatczak was taken out last season due to injury, but it looks like she is back this season with a vibrance for the game.
The Ichabod Women’s Basketball team hosted the bethel college Lady Threshers Thursday Nov. 14, 2019. The Ichabods soundly thrashed the Threshers in an 87-46-win Thursday night in Lee arena during the home opener.
The Ichabods scored early in the first quarter when Alexis McAfee sunk a jump shot for the first two points of the game. The Ichabods led the Threshers at half time 43-22.
The Threshers came back strong in the third quarter reducing the Ichabods lead down to 56-43. The Ichabods were not going to take that lightly, all but shutting out the Threshers in the fourth quarter. During the game Abby Oliver caught 8 rebounds for an Ichabod record for the most rebounds in a game. The Ichabods play next Monday Nov. 18 in Lee arena at 7 p.m.
