New face: NOTO Arts Place is located at 905 N Kansas Ave. This newly renovated 1895 building has had many faces over the years from a grocery store with a photography studio upstairs to a furniture store and even an adult entertainment store. The new owners Don and Edie Snethen took over the building in 2013.
