This weekend, we are moving the TouchNet software underlying WU-View to a new hosting solution. As a result, WU-View will not be available from approximately 5:00pm on Sunday, Sep 28, through the morning of Wednesday, Oct 1).

During this time, we will not be able to accept credit card payments on student accounts, and students and authorized users will not be able to make any online payments. In-person payments on student accounts can still be made with cash or checks in the Student Service Center in Morgan 152. In addition, student account refunds will not be processed while the system is down.

Also, while WU-View is down, credit card payments cannot be made in Student Health, Residential Living or any other department that uses the TouchNet system to process credit cards. Payments in those departments may still be made with cash or check.

Finally, this downtime should not affect Fall 2014 tuition payment plans. The next scheduled payment date is Friday, Oct 3.
