Achieving Excellence Award Presented

The Student Life team made a presentation of the Achieving Excellence award today to Jalen Lowry, Associate Dean of Student Affairs at the Law School.  Her nominator stated that “she meets with students during difficult times in their lives.  She is kind and accommodating while still upholding the high standards of what it means to be a Washburn law student.”

The Student Life Achieving Excellence Award is presented to the faculty, staff or community leader who has been nominated and who demonstrates excellence in working with individual students, student groups or organizations.

Achieving Excellence nominations are accepted in Student Life, Morgan Hall 136, on a continual basis.  Applications are available in the Student Life office as well as other Student Life departments, online at www.washburn.edu/studentlife and may be requested or submitted by email at [email protected].  Take a moment to nominate a deserving individual today!
