Friday, October 31, is the last day for students to withdraw from courses on the web. If there is a hold on your account, the system will not allow you to withdraw. If there is a hold on your account please contact the University Registrar’s Office at 785-670-1074 or e-mail [email protected] from your MyWashburn e-mail account regarding withdrawing from the course.

 

Also, October 31 is the last day for students to change a full semester graded course to A/Pass/Fail or an A/Pass/Fail course to grade. The option to change grade status is not available on the web. Students who want to change a course grade option must complete a Schedule Change Form in the Student Service Center (MO 152) or e-mail [email protected] from their MyWashburn e-mail account by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 31.

 

The qualifications to change a grade status to A/Pass/Fail are as follows:

* Only 1 A/Pass/Fail course per semester

* Student must have completed at least 24 credit hours

* Grade point average must be at least 2.0

* Class must not be in your major (including minor and correlate courses)
