Kansas Women’s Leadership Institute

The KWLI is a six-week immersive leadership program for young women from Kansas communities, who are attending a college or university in Kansas. They participate alongside college-aged women from countries such as Afghanistan, India, Mongolia, Morocco, and Pakistan who are funded through the U.S. Department of State SUSI program. KWLI women not only explore leadership, but discover hands-on ways to tackle real-world issues in their communities.

Our women leave with invaluable leadership skills, life-long mentors, and the tools to make a real difference in the world.
