Empower Con, a comic convention held on Feb. 20-21 at the Capital Plaza Hotel, raised money for Connie’s Closet. The nonprofit organization provides clothing to underprivileged teenagers. Guests included Naomi Grossman, Gigi Edgley and Lindsay Wagner, as well as a number of local artists, authors and vendors.
