Zachary Surritt, chair-elect of Forge, speaks with the members of WSGA about their program. Surritt along with Rhett Flood, executive director of Forge, hosted a forum to get students’ opinions on what Topeka can do to provide a better atmosphere for young adults.

Mae Atakpa, vice-chairperson, talks about Topeka’s skateparks. Atakpa discussed the poor conditions of Topeka’s outdoor athletic facilities.

Shayden Hanes, WSGA president, swears in new senators. One of the new senators, Megan Dorantes, previously served as WSGA’s diversity and inclusion director during the Trautman-Babcock administration.
