Australian pop singer-songwriter releases his second full-length album since ‘Blue Neighbourhood,’  which debuted Dec. 4, 2015. Sivan will begin his ‘Bloom’ tour next Friday in Irving, Texas. In an interview with Billboard, Sivan speaks about his new album saying, “The ethos for the album was a lot of classic kind of 80s references in my head.”
