WHAT YOU NEED:
- (Frozen) 2 cups of Strawberries. (I usually freeze my fruit before it starts to go bad so that I can add them to smoothies as an ice substitute.)
- 2 whole bananas
- Ice (use as desired)
- Coconut water
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup and a half of fresh spinach leaves
