Big Boy No. 4014 is a steam engine that was restored by the Union Pacific Railroad as part of the commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad. It is the only operational example of the Union Pacific Big Boys first ordered by Union Pacific in 1941. Topeka is an overnight stop on the locomotive’s tour around the United States.
