Alex Sonnich is a senior Political Science major at Washburn University. He graduated Randolph Elementary School in Topeka at the tender age of 11. Born in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in Topeka, Kansas, he has seen all of the most important sixty miles that the continental United States has to offer, and consequently graduated from Topeka High School in 2009. Alex is an avid fan of American literature and journalism, and spends many a lonely night near the Kansas River, singing love ballads to local wildlife. He is currently a member of the Gamma-nu Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and remains active within the brotherhood as Philanthropy Chair and assisting in Public Relations.  He can be reached at [email protected].
