Cassie White and Randi McAfee had originally planned on serving on WSGA during their senior year as senators. They made a last minute decision and decided to run for office together the first week of February, announcing the decision as soon as filing for candidacy opened. No other students filed.  

Unopposed WSGA candidates encourage more Washburn students to get involved

Any Washburn student that is interested in becoming involved should stop by the Student Activities and Greek Life office or by the WSGA office. Both are located in the lower level of the union. All students are encouraged to vote for candidates that will advocate for them or to get involved.
