What’s New? WU-View!

Beginning July 1, the University’s online payment system known as IBOD will get a new name:

WU-View

Your access to the system will remain the same, whether you go in through MyWashburn (Financial Services tab, WU-View button) or through a separate link as an authorized user or former student (Business Office home page, “Everyone Else”). In WU-View, you can:

  • Check your student account balance and activity
  • Review your payment history
  • Make a payment on your student account with a webcheck or credit card
  • Set up an installment payment plan for the current term’s charges
  • Save one or more payment methods
  • Set up scheduled automatic payments
  • Set up a bank account to receive your student account refunds via direct deposit
  • Add authorized users who can view your balance and make payments on your student account

You can also pay housing deposits and make tuition prepayments via WU-View.

WU-View is available 24/7 and is your best tool for finding out information about your student account balance.

Why the name change from IBOD (Ichabod Billing On Demand) to WU-View? Because the site does so much more than just billing. WU-View is your student account management portal. Use it to manage your payments and refunds. Use it to watch for new charges, financial aid, and any other transactions during the semester. It’s the quickest and easiest way to access the student account information you need.
