GRADUATION PHOTO PROOFS – to ensure that you receive notice from the professional photographer when your proofs are ready, graduates must go to www.gradimages.com, click on Pre-Event Email Registration and register your permanent email address. Your email address will not be shared – it is only used by the professional photographer for notification of your proofs. Two photos will be taken during the ceremony – one as you receive your diploma cover and the second is a portrait-style photo taken after you exit the stage. There is no obligation to purchase photos, but you will receive $5 off orders of $25 or more if you register your email address prior to the ceremony. You will also have the convenience of registering up to six (6) more emails of family or friends so they have the opportunity to view your proofs. A link to this site is also located at www.washburn.edu/commencement. If you have questions, please contact Gradimages, [email protected] or P.O. Box 182829, Tallahassee, FL 32318 (800.261.2576).
