If you are completing your undergraduate or graduate degree in Spring or Summer 2015 and plan to participate (walk) in one of the Commencement ceremonies on May 16, be sure to attend the SPRING 2015 GRAD FAIR on Wednesday, March 25 from 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Washburn Room in Memorial Union.

Your first stop will be the Commencement Ceremony table where you will:

confirm that your name is on the list

verify your mailing address

pick up additional ceremony information

The Grad Fair has everything you need:

-best prices of the year for regalia (caps, gowns, hood, tassels)

-commencement ceremony information

-an opportunity to have a photo taken in your cap and gown by our commencement photographer

-announcements

-rings

-food

-prizes

-sales . . . and more!

NOTE: If you are not able to attend the Grad Fair, undergraduates can purchase regalia and other items through the Ichabod Shop – www.ichabodshop.com – beginning March 30. Graduate candidates must pre-order regalia by March 25 in order to avoid additional shipping charges.
