FYE Peer Educator Adaptive Leadership Assessment

The planned study will examine the extent to which peer educators are adaptive leaders. To date, almost no empirical research exists in the area of adaptive leadership. This study will be the first completed research using the Adaptive Leadership Competency Profile with undergraduate students.
