As we enter July, I want to make you aware of an update within the Student Service Center. Beginning July 1st, our name will be changed to the Student One Stop (S.O.S.). This name better portrays who we strive to be and makes it less confusing for those trying to find us. We will continue to strive for excellence as we educate and empower students to manage their university affairs in as timely and as stress-free manner as possible. We are still located in Morgan 152, but expect to move into our new space within the Welcome Center in a few weeks.
Additionally, I welcome your feedback regarding the services offered in the Student One Stop during the last year. All new departments go through unexpected accomplishments and growing pains. We have had both and continue making great strides forward in streamlining processes on the back end to make them more seamless for our constituents. Overall, combining resources and services has been beneficial to all involved. I am open to hearing your suggestions and collaborating with you to make our services even better.
