The Washburn University Department of Music will be hosting two concerts within the next week. The first will be a faculty violin recital 7:30–8:30 p.m. Feb. 19. The recital will feature Yu-Fang Chen, assistant professor of music. The second concert will feature the Washburn Orchestra and the Wind Ensemble. The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 23. The concert will be directed by Micheal Mapp, director of bands and assistant professor. Both concerts are free and will take place in White Concert Hall.
