Homecoming festivities continue this week leading up to Saturday’s football game against Missouri Western State University and royalty crowning at halftime. Don’t miss out on these upcoming events!

Wednesday, Oct. 26

Grab some lunch 11a.m.-1:30p.m. on the Memorial Union lawn at Scorch on the Porch.

Residence halls and Greek chapters should have their homecoming decorations ready! Judging starts at 4p.m. today.

Share your voice at Open Mic Night at 7p.m. in Mabee Library.

Thursday, Oct. 27

Show off your cake decorating skills at WU Chef 11a.m.-1p.m. 

Campus groups will show off their school pride at Yell Like Hell at 7p.m. in Lee Arena.

Friday, Oct. 28

Network with alumni at Washburn After Hours and check out the decorated top hats up for auction from 4-6:30p.m. at the Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center.

Meet up with students for a bonfire on the practice field just south of Henderson Learning Center.

Saturday, Oct. 29

Start the morning off right with some pancakes at the Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center from 8-10a.m. for just $5 per person.

The Homecoming parade starts at 10a.m., circling campus.

Grab lunch before the game at the tailgate party east of the Memorial Union starting at 11a.m. Cost is $8 per person and reservations are required. Register online at www.washburn.edu/campus-life/events/homecoming.
