Bod brief: CAB and HALO presents “In the Heights”

The Campus Activities Board and the Hispanic American Leadership Organization are hosting a movie night where they will be showing the 2021 film “In the Heights”.
In the Heights is a musical drama based on a stage musical of the same name that started back in 2005, and tells the story of a Dominican neighborhood in Upper Manhattan, where each member of the community pursues dreams of a better life.
Washburn University will be showing this film for free, and for one night only, so you won’t want to miss this.
This showing of “In the Heights” will begin at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, at Washburn A & B.
